| Summary: | La distinción entre el fuero interno y externo es tradicional en la vida de la Iglesia y constituye una expresión de la protección de la conciencia y de la intimidad de los fieles. En el ámbito de la formación y discernimiento eclesial desde la interioridad del seminarista, en el pleno respeto de las exigencias de la misma. Esto lleva consigo algunos problemas en torno a la necesaria coordinación entre ambos fueros, que se debe realizar partiendo de la distinción de los mismos, del sentido de dicha distinción de los mismos, del sentido de dicha distincion y de los valores que tutela, de modo que se verifique un proceso de discernimiento serio y auténtico, que que favorezca la apertura de conciencia del seminarista, el respeto de su intimidad y del ejercicio de su libertad responsable y que, al mismo tiempo, slvaguarde la responsabilidad de la Iglesia en el discernimiento de la idoneidad parea los órdenes. The distinction between the internal and external jurisdiction is traditional in the the life of the Church and constitutes an expression of the protection of the conscience and of the inimacy of the faithful people. In the area of the priestly formation the distinctions favors the possibility of formation and ecclesial discernment fron the interiority of the seminarian, in the full respect of her requirements. It vould bring some problems concerning the necessary coordination between both jurisdictions, that must be realized in base of the distinction of the same ones, to the sense of the above mentioned distinction and to the values that they guard, so that there happens a process of serious and authentic discernment, which favors the opening conscience of the seminarian, the respect of his intimacy and the exercise of his responsible freedom and that, at the same time, safeguards the responsinility of the Church in the discernemnt of the suitability for Orders |
