Die Übersetzung des Titels lautet: Predigt als besondere Pflicht geweihter Personen". Vladimir Filo erklärt in seiner Ansprache, dass Predigt nur für Priester und Diakone erlaubt sei, da für die Predigt eine Erlaubnis vorliegen muss, die an die Weihe gebunden ist. Vor dem Vaticanum II gab es nur wenige Laien, die am kirchlichen Leben und an der Sendung der Kirche teilnahmen. Dieses Problem wollte das Vaticanum II behandeln, wurde jedoch missverstanden. Nun fingen Laien an, Aufgaben zu übernehmen, die speziell für Geweihte vorgesehen waren. In can. 255.1 erklärt das Konzil die Aufgaben der Laien in der Kirche und in der Welt unter dem Apsekt des Tauf- und Firmsakraments. Das Missverständnis des Konzils führte zu einer Verweltlichung der Kleriker und zu einer Klerikalisierung der Laien. So gibt es zum Beispiel 30 Jahre nach dem Konzil noch immer Kleriker, die die Aufgabe des Lektors übernehmen. In seiner Ansprache stellt Filo die Anweisung der acht Dikasterien der römischen Kurie vor (Kapitel 1). Der Päpstliche Rat für die Interpretation von Gesetzestexten spezifizierte die Interpretation von can. 767.1, indem er die Frage, ob ein Diözesanbischof von den Vorschriften des can. 767.1 dispensieren darf, verneinte. In Kapitel 2 untersucht der Autor, ob dies meint, dass die Predigt nur von geweihten Personen gehalten werden darf, oder ob das Recht des Diözesanbischofs auf Gewährung einer Dispens hier begrenzt ist. In seinem dritten Kapitel klärt der Autor die Stellung der Predigt innerhalb der Liturgie. Er geht auf die Mitteilung des Konzils, seine Lehre und die neueste Situation ein. Abschließend kommt Filo zu dem Ergebnis, dass der Diözesanbischof nicht die Dispens von den Vorschriften des can. 767.1 gewähren darf | ||
