| Summary: | Nelle culture africane, ancora molto determinate dalla relazione cosmoteandrica, la salvezza s’intende come vittoria nella lotta esistenziale, anche drammatica, della vita contro ogni forma di "non-vita". Questa dinamica richiede alla Chiesa in Africa, per ragioni anche di credibilità di fronte a diverse contingenze storiche, di svolgersi come sacramento di salvezza, nella costante ed equilibrata relazione tra Dio ed uomo, escatologia e storia, rascendenza e immanenza. For African cultures, commonly determined by a cosmotheandric relationship, salvation is understood as a victory of life againstin the xistential struggle, which could be dramatic at times, against each form of "no life". This dynamics requires from the African Church, for more credibility regarding historical contingencies, to deploy itself as a bodysacrament of salvation, in the constant and balanced relationship between God and man, eschatology and history, transcendence and immanence. |
