Description
Summary:This article presents the first edition of two hitherto unpublished Greek fragments of Severus of Antioch and Theodot of Ancyra that survive in the catena commentary on 2 Corinthians in Codex Pantokratoros 28. In addition, it provides a German translation of and commentary on these fragments. The commentary focuses on the question of authorship of the edited texts, their linguistic features and theological content. The article concludes with some reflections on the value of the edited fragments for further studies on patristic exegesis of 2 Corinthians
