| Riepilogo: | The four polarities in Psalm 121 (heaven and earth, day and night, sun and moon, going out and coming in) originate from Genesis 1,14-19 and Psalm 104,19-23. In the light of the fourth day of the Creation the content of Psalm 121 is easily revealed. Genesis 1,14-19 portrays the polarities of the fourth day of the Creation in the macrocosm. Psalm 104,19-23 turns our attention more intensely at the correponding biorhythm of earthly creatures. It is not before Psalm 121 that man‟s biorhythm, „his day“ in the rhythm of labour and rest as given with the fourth day of the Creation, is explicitly placed in Yahweh‟s keeping. The change of perspective becoming visible in the sequence of Genesis 1,14-19, Psalm 104,19-23 and Psalm 121 is matched by a change in the quality of the texts that can be captured by the terms mythical – meditative – existential. Die vier Polaritäten in Psalm 121 (Himmel und Erde, Tag und Nacht, Sonne und Mond; Hinausgehen und Heimkommen) entstammen Gen 1,14-19 und Ps 104,19-23. Im Lichte des vierten Schöpfungstages erschließen sich leicht die Sinngehalte des 121. Psalms. Gen 1,14-19 zeichnet die Polaritäten des vierten Schöpfungstages im Makrokosmos. Ps 104,19-23 richtet den Blick stärker auf den entsprechenden Biorhythmus der irdischen Lebewesen. Erst Ps 121 stellt den mit dem vierten Schöpfungstag gegebenen Biorhythmus des Menschen, seinen „Tag“ im Rhythmus von Tagwerk und Feierabend, ausdrücklich unter den Schutz Jahwes. Dem sich in der Abfolge von Gen 1,14-19; Ps 104,19-23 und Ps 121 abzeichnenden Wandel der Perspektive entspricht ein Wandel in der Art der Texte, den man mit den Begriffen mythisch – meditativ – existentiell beschreiben kann. |
