How to explain then the paradox by which unbelievers, and those of them who deny God or associate Him with other divinities, in addition to Jews and Christians, at least, a part of them, are condemned in Coran to Hell? Beyond the question of the earthly status of muslims and non muslims - "The other", believers and unbelievers -, the problem opens up to a large debate: evil and divine justice, free will and predestination, as well as real theology of salvation which remains to be re-founded. The article will take a particular interest in this last perspective, though roughly, from two sources: Coran, and mystical authors. |
