| Summary: | The article presents some soteriological categories of the NT: the Kingdom in the Synoptics, justification and participation in Paul and, for hints, (eternal) life in John. At the end, the meaning of the terminological change from the category of the Kingdom to the Pauline's one is demanded. It is determined by the Passover of Christ, the inauguration of the Lordship of God over the forces of sin and death, awaiting its eschatological fulfillment. The decisive character of this event raises the question of how the believer participates, to whom Paul offers his answer with his own original soteriology. |
