Riepilogo:Es handelt sich um eine kirchenrechtstheoretische Abhandlung zum Normbegriff des neuen CIC. Zunächst geht Pree auf eine Grundlegung der Extremposition zum Verhältnis von Theologie und Recht, göttlichem und kirchlichem Recht und zur Normbegründung ein. Determinanten der kanonischen Rechtsnorm sind Ekklesiologie, Moral und sensus fidelium. Eine kanonische Norm muss zumindest eine Tatbestands- und eine Rechtsfolgenseite sowie ein Minimum an Durchsetzbarkeit besitzen
