Summary: | Both time and money are concepts which are used in everyday life. The article wants to get a critical perspective of interpreting as well as understanding them in their dialectical structure, that means in reading them against one another. To do that in a first step the formal concept of money is to be unformalized, and this is both the starting point as the prerequisite of a philosophical critique of time, this means the understanding of a culture of money as a culture of subjection. The following new-reading of the medieval critique of the usurer will get a closer look at the critique of money, because in the theological context there is a remarkable sensibility for the destruction of the initial experience of time. In the third chapter the analysis of the totalitarian experience of instrumental time is intending to get a philosophical concept for the présent time which has no time. After all it is once more asked for the initial experience of time in the everyday's experience. |
