Rather, members should be proactive in helping to determine their future. The various steps to be taken when a union or a fusion (merger) is considered are spelled out here. Also, the possibility of covenant relationships with another institute are considered. Likewise, the recent establishment by the Holy See of Canadian Religious Stewardship as a pontifical public juridic person also provides for institutes that need assistance in these difficult times. | ||
