总结:The Codex 1983 pays a minimum of attention to the final phase of the existence of a religious institute. In the Conference of Religious in The Netherlands (KNR) since the mid-90s one has experienced this as a lacuna iuris. Diocesan Institutes with the principal house in the Netherlands needed to find with their Bishop solutions on canonical issues of governance in this final phase. These institutes were advised by the KNR. The KNR regularly informed the Congregatio ICLSAL. At the request of the Congregatio the Bishops' conference of the Netherlands and the KNR together submitted proposals for a uniform approach of this issue. Then the Congregatio issued Guidelines on March 2, 2015 in order to fill ad experimentum the lacuna. These Guidelines have as their focus the responsibility for the governance and for the administration of goods when an institute has no longer members able to perform these duties. This article wants to give some elucidation to the Guidelines and also some comments.
