The author notes a lacuna in the recent literature in the failure to examine systems of moral thinking. His agenda for the future would include a deeper exploration in Catholic moral theology of (a) the biblical witness, (b) the role of intention in moral decision-making, and (c) the guidance of the Holy Spirit in moral discernment. |
