Der Beitrag setzt sich unter anderem mit dem Zusammenhang zwischen künstlicher Befruchtung und der damit einhergehenden Fragmentierung der Elternschaft auseinander und plädiert dafür, die Frage nach dem Ehehindernis der Verwandtschaft neu zu bedenken. With respect to reproductive medicine, the article shows how the new technology of in vitro fertilisation puts fresh questions to the Church not only with regard to morals, but also in the field of canonical concers. The essay deals with, among other topics, the enthood, and calls for new reflections on the question of impediments to marriage through blood relationship. L'articolo, tenendo conto della medicina in materia di procreazione, mostra come le nuove tecniche della fecondazione artificiale pongano la Chiesa di fronte a nuove domande non sono dal punto di vista morale, ma anche dal punto di vista del diritto canonico. Il contributo si occupa, fra l'altro, del rapporto fra la fecondazione artificiale e la connessa frammentazione della genitorialità e chiede di ripensare l'impedimento matrimonale della consanguineità. |
