| Resumo: | Individual regulations of the Hittite laws bear strong resemblance to regulations known from the Deuteronomy and the Covenant Law of the Old Testament: Mainly regulations concerning murder in the open field, regulations about nursing a worker who got injured during a quarrel and his legal position, finding of pets or tools, negligence while burning off a cropped field, sowing a field a second time, incest, bestiality, levirate, and distinction between adultery and violation. There are comparable regulations in the other laws of the Ancient Near East. Within each civilization the individual regulations are adapted to the special circumstances, so they need not be transferred but can have developed as a consequence of common necessity; ways of transfer cannot be demonstrated. Einzelne Bestimmungen der hethitischen Gesetze zeigen starke Ähnlichkeiten zu alttes-tamentlichen Bestimmungen aus dem Bundesbuch und dem Deuteronomium. Das sind vor allem Bestim-mungen über Mord auf freiem Feld, Bestimmungen über das Gesundpflegen und die Rechtsstellung einer Arbeitskraft im Fall einer Verletzung einer Person im Streit, Auffindung von Haustieren und Arbeitsgeräten, Fahrlässigkeit beim Abbrennen eines abgeernteten Feldes, Ausbringung einer zweiten Saat, Inzest und Sodomie, Leviratsehe und die Unterscheidung von Ehebruch und Vergewaltigung. Vergleichbare Bestim-mungen finden sich auch in anderen altorientalischen Gesetzescorpora. Da die Bestimmungen in jeder Kultur an die dortigen Gegebenheiten angepasst sind, müssen sie nicht unbedingt aus den Nachbarkulturen in das Alte Testament übernommen worden sein, sondern können überall der Notwendigkeit entsprungen sein; Wege der Übermittlung sind nicht nachzuweisen. |
