| Summary: | En la primera parte, se describe la estructura de la Homilía como un proceso de avance hacia la cumbre del mensaje (la santificación de la vida ordinaria), desde la que se contemplan, en el contexto del Concilio Vaticano II y de la crisis posconciliar, los aspectos principales de esa vida secular santificada. En la segunda parte, el autor estudia ese mensaje centrándose en el análisis literario, lingüístico y teológico-espiritual del «materialismo cristiano», que propone san Josemaría «frente a los materialismos cerrados al espíritu». In the first part, the article displays the homily's structure as an advance towards the climax of the message -that is, the sanctification of the ordinary life-, from which the principal aspects of the sanctified secular life are studied within the context of the Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar crisis. In the second part, the author examines that message by focusing himself on the literary, linguistic, and theological-spiritual analyses of the «Christian materialism» proposed by Saint Josemaría against the «materialism which is blind to the spirit». |
