| Summary: | Ausgehend von Bourdieus berühmter Formel vom „Kleinen positionsbedingten Elend“ skizziert der Autor das spezielle Beratungskonzept der Betriebsseelsorge Aalen für Betroffene von Burnout. Die Beratung fokussiert nicht ausschließlich individuelle Auslöser der Krise, sondern nimmt Ursachen im Arbeitsumfeld in den Blick. Folgerichtig werden Lösungen nicht nur auf der Ebene des Individuums gesucht, sondern gezielt strukturelle Veränderungen angegangen. Betroffene bleiben dabei Akteure des Geschehens. Building on Bourdieu’s famous notes on „position-related misery“, the author sketches the advisory strategy for people affected by Burnout, which is specific to the Workers Pastoral Care Aalen. Their advisory approach focuses not only on individual triggers of the crisis, but also on the ones related to the working environment. Like this, individual solutions and structural modifications are closely intertwined and become equally important. As a consequence, affected people have the chance to take an active position during the whole advisory process. |
