| Summary: | Ein Blick zurück aus evangelischer Perspektive auf 50 Jahre christlichen Lebens in Mitteleuropa (1963-2013) und dessen praktisch-theologische Reflexion erkennt Aufbrüche und Umbrüche, die in der katholischen Kirche mit dem Zweiten Vatikanischen Konzil in Verbindung stehen, und sieht vergleichbare Entwicklungen in den evangelischen Kirchen in Mitteleuropa. Über die Deutungsmacht in den Wandlungsprozessen des 20. Jahrhunderts verfügen spätestens seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg nicht mehr religiöse Autoritäten, vielmehr haben Sozial bzw. Kulturwissenschaftler die Deutungshoheit erlangt, und ihre Deutungen haben die christliche Praxis durchsetzt, so dass sich selbst ein Papst ihrer bedienen muss. If one reflects on the past fifty years of Christian life in Central Europe from a Protestant perspective (1963-2013) as well is the interpretation of this time from the perspective of Practical Theology, one will observe departures as well as changes. These developments are connected to the Second Vatican Council (in the Catholic Church), but one can also detect similar developments within the Protestant churches of this region. Yet, it is no longer the religious authorities who interpret these changes, but the task of interpretation is now in the hands of those studying cultural and social sciences. They are so overpowering and prevalent in Christian praxis that even the pope uses them. |
