| Summary: | Este artigo é motivado pela ética tal como é vivida pela comunidade cristã, na qual se nota uma considerável incoerência entre vida e fé. Isso conduz à pergunta acerca da legitimidade e fundamentação da ética cristã. Diante dessa problemática, nossa investigação objetiva identificar a fundamentação da ética na elaboração teológica de Karl Barth e suas implicações para a práxis cristã hoje, tanto no âmbito comunitário, quanto no campo do fazer teológico. Como resultado, entendemos que a fundamentação da ética na teologia de Karl Barth é a própria pessoa de Jesus Cristo. Dessa fundamentação, os seguintes aspectos se destacam: humanidade de Deus - cristologia com ênfase na humanidade; radicalidade da graça - pensar a graça de Deus às últimas consequências; encarnação soteriológica e ética quenótica - ética encarnada na vida fundamentada no movimento de Deus em Jesus em favor da humanidade toda; “Cristo em nós” - Jesus como paradigma da ação cristã; e cidadania - especialmente como tarefa da comunidade cristã dentro da comunidade civil. Por fim, colocamos essas categorias em diálogo com elementos de uma Teologia da Cidadania formulados por Rudolf von Sinner. This article is motivated by ethics as it is lived by the Christian community, in which it is notable a considerable incoherence between life and Faith. This leads us to question the legitimacy and the foundation of Christian ethics. Regarding this issue, our enquiry objectives to identify the foundation of ethics on Karl Barth’s theological development and its implications to Christian praxis today, in the community and in the theological work fields. As a result, we understand that the foundation of ethics in the theology of Karl Barth is the person of Jesus Christ itself. From this foundation the following topics emerge: humanity of God – Christology emphasizing the humanity; radicalness of grace – to think God’s grace deeply; soteriological incarnation and kenotical ethics – ethics incarnated in life grounded on God’s movement in Jesus for humanity; “Christ in us” – Jesus as paradigm to Christian action; and citizenship – namely the task of Christian community in the civil community. Finally, we put these categories in dialogue with elements of a theology of citizenship as formulated by Rudolf von Sinner. |
