Im ersten Kapitel analysiert der Autor die Entstehung des Konzepts der geistigen Elternschaft in der lateinischen Kanonistik bis zur Kodifikation des Pio-Benediktinischen Codex. Im zweiten Kapitel untersucht er deren Entstehung in den Ordnungen der orientalischen Kirchen bis zum Motu Proprio Crebrae allatae. Im dritten und letzten Kapitel erfolgt der Vergleich im System der Ehehindernisse in den beiden Kodifikationen. | ||
