Enfin il paraît utile d’indiquer deux réflexions originales ayant trait à l’hospitalité, dues à Jean-Yves Lacoste et Jean-Louis Chrétien, que la théologie contemporaine peut à bon droit regarder comme des promesses (4. Its topicality is due to a geopolitical reality at the beginning of the 21st century which concerns Europe and North America, namely the migratory crisis, at the same time as the flood of reflections and positions that this crisis has generated (2. Political events). With regard to migrations, we must ask whether contemporary theology provides a response commensurate with the matters at hand (3. Theological contribution). Finally, it seems useful to point out two original reflections on hospitality, by Jean-Yves Lacoste and Jean-Louis Chrétien, which contemporary theology can rightly regard as promises (4.
