Öncellikle ictihad farklılıklarının ve mezheplerin ortaya çıkış nedenleri üzerinde durulmuş, daha sonra taklidin caiz olup olmadığı, caiz olduğu takdirde kimlerin hangi şartlarda taklid yapabileceği ve taklidin sınırları incelenmiştir. | ||
