The anthropomorphism of God taking a breath and pausing on the day after creation (Exo 20,11; 31,17) evokes a multifaceted echo on the side of God´s people (Exo 23,12; Deut 5,14). The anthropomorphism can thus be understood as witness to the Israel-relatedness of God. A theology of creation demonstrates the preconditions of this relationship and a theology of history shows the concrete realizations of its possibilities. | ||

Das Anthropomorphe in der Rede über Gott, sein Ruhen und Verschnaufen am Tag nach der Schöpfung (Ex 20,11; 31,17), zielt auf ein vielschichtiges Echo im Gottesvolk ab (Ex 23,12; Dtn 5,14). Das Anthropomorphe lässt sich deshalb in den Textzusammenhängen als Israel- Zugewandtheit Gottes einstufen. In einer Schöpfungstheologie werden die Grundlagen dieser Zuwendung etabliert und in einer Geschichtstheologie die Ermöglichungen des schöpfungsgemäßen Verhaltens entfaltet. | ||
