| Summary: | Abstract: This article presents the data basis of Valuegenesis Europe and some aspects which are of importance for the evaluation and interpretation of the data. The analysis is based on 5415 cases; the paper explains the use of scales and discusses possible mistakes. With the help of several examples, the limits of age group comparisons, inter-union comparisons, and correlations in interpreting are demonstrated. In spite of certain necessary restrictions, the Valuegenesis data constitute a valuable source for gaining insights into the perspectives of Adventist youth in Europe. |
