总结:Publications concerning ecclesiology during the past 25 years might suggest that the term "communion" summarizes the nature of the church sufficiently and legitimimately after the Second Vatican Council. However, this onesided description of the church implies that evangelization is not a defining part of the church, even if it is not negated outright. Such an idea of the church must be questioned for theological as well as historical reasons. This study posits three steps. The first shows that evangelization is a constituent part of the church for theological reasons. The second shows the continuity in the theological treatments of evangelization from the Council to John Paul II. The third sketches the term Re-evangelization coined by John Paul II. with the help of ten key words.
