Si tratta di una presenza inserita nel vivo del discorso di Giovanni e la cui motivazione e suggerita dal carattere marcatamente liturgico dell'ultimo Libro del Nuovo Testamento e dal particolare legame tra il Cristo dell'Apocalisse e la figura del Davide dei Salmi. La materia e assai vasta mentre in questo lavoro ci si limita ad esaminare la presenza dei Salmi cosidetti davidici anche in ragione dell'idea comune alla storiografia del cronista, ai manoscritti del Mar Morto, alla tradizione rabbinica, alla letteratura pseudepigrafica e al Nuovo Testamento, di un rapporto esistente tra i Salmi e la figura del re Davide nella sua veste di fondatore di culto e della salmodia liturgica del Tempio. | ||
