Ausgehend von der aktuellen Situation und den institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen der Militärseelsorge sollen Überlegungen angestellt werden, wie sie konzeptionell gestaltet werden könnte, wer sie betreiben sollte und welchen Mehrwert sie bringen würde.
