En el presente artículo, siguiendo una trayectoria alternativa sugerida por la idea leibniziana del "pensamiento ciego", mostramos cómo la comprensión de la naturaleza estadística de los algoritmos de la inteligencia artificial, lejos de reducir estos instrumentos a simples "loros estocásticos", abre en cambio la posibilidad de acceder a una nueva visión de la relación entre la máquina y los seres vivos, como dos polos codeterminados por la experiencia humana. | ||
| 520 | |a The question regarding the nature of Artificial Intelligence algorithms and their role in our society causes such heated debates on account of the unsettling challenge it poses to a certain way of understanding the relationship between humans and machines, or between the machine and the living, which is foundational to the very axiology of modernity. In this article, following an alternative trajectory suggested by Leibniz´s idea of "bling thinking", we show how understanding the statistical nature of AI algorithms, far from reducing these tools to mere "stochastic parrots", opens up instead the possibility of accessing a new vision of the relationship between machines and living beings as two poles co-defined by human experience. | ||
