In diesem Zusammenhang wird kurz auf die vorlegte Definition, die Kriterien sowie das Prozedere in Österreich eingegangen, um zum Schluss die Für und Wider einer Verankerung im kirchlichen Straf- oder Disziplinarrecht darzulegen. | ||

Viene quindi posta in evidenza l’esigenza di una definizione giuridicamente rigorosa dell’ „abuso spirituale“, nonché di una precisazione dei termini ad esso connessi. In tale contesto, sono brevemente esposti la definizione proposta, i criteri applicativi e la procedura adottata in Austria. Il contributo si conclude con un esame dei principali argomenti favorevoli e contrari a un eventuale inserimento dell’abuso spirituale nel diritto penale o disciplinare dell’ordinamento ecclesiastico. | ||
