It is an eminently metaphysical subject, insofar as it has a close relationship with the good, the end, the perfection, the analogy, and the causality. Its relevance lies in the fact that nothing can be more important for the created being than the principle from which it proceeds and the end to which it must arrive thanks to love. That natural or elicit love that the entire universe feels for the end is, in turn, the fundamental principle of the existence of everything created and the goal of all movement that leads towards God as the culmination of all perfection. Love is precisely the key piece found in every process and in every movement. This work is a tribute to Dr. María Celestina Donadío Maggi de Gandolfi for her brilliant career and tireless work in favor of the truth and the promotion of the philosophy of Saint Thomas Aquinas, especially on this theme of love that she develops in her work entitled: Love and good, the problems of love in Saint Thomas Aquinas. It is an attempt to show the brilliance of this splendid work that masterfully exposes the theme of love in the Aquinate. | ||

Se trata de un tema eminentemente metafísico, en cuanto tiene una relación estrecha con el bien, el fin, la perfección, la analogía y la causalidad. Su relevancia radica en que nada puede ser más importante para el ser creado que el principio del cual procede y el fin al cual ha de llegar gracias al amor. Ese amor natural o elícito que todo el universo tiene del fin es, a su vez, el principio fundamental de la existencia de todo lo creado y la meta de todo movimiento que conduce hacia Dios como culmen de toda perfección. El amor es precisamente la pieza clave que se encuentra en todo proceso y en todo movimiento. El presente trabajo es un homenaje a la Dra. María Celestina Donadío Maggi de Gandolfi por su brillante trayectoria y trabajo incansable a favor de la verdad y de la promoción de la filosofía de santo Tomás de Aquino, especialmente en este tema del amor que desarrolla en su obra titulada: Amor y bien, los problemas del amor en santo Tomás de Aquino. Se trata de un intento por mostrar el brillo de esta espléndida obra que expone magistralmente el tema del amor en el Aquinate. | ||
