In a similar way, conflicts regarding the possession/dispossession of land are at the core of social problems in Colombia and Latin America. This paper offers a study of the story about Naboth’s vineyard in its present form, in order to show how the text reveals the causes for the confiscation of land, denounces the responsible ones, shows the technicquesemployed for this, and denounces the situation as completely opposed to the will of the Lord. Thus, this richstory arouses our spirit in the work for overcoming social differences. | ||
