AB Durante su caminar por la historia, la Iglesia ha asumido formas variadas de organización ministerial, con sus consiguientes interpretaciones teóricas y prácticas. Estudiar estos cambios es el propósito de la investigación “Liderazgo y servicio en la tradición católica”. Una segundav investigación, “Género y liderazgo en la tradición católica”, intenta responder, desde una relectura en perspectiva de género de los resultados de la primera investigación, al por qué las mujeres han sido históricamente excluidas de la organización jerárquica de la Iglesia Católica y lo siguen siendo.
AB During its presence in history, the Church has had different forms of ministerial organization, with consequently theoretical and practical interpretations. The purpose of the research “Leadership and service in the catholic tradition: texts regarding ministries in gender perspective” is to study these changes. A second research, “Gender and leadership in the Catholic tradition” intends to answer, from a genderedoriented re-reading of the results of the first research, why women have been historically excluded from the hierarchical organization of the Catholic Church up to now.
