A metodologia consiste em leituras temáticas e num Questionário Misto (25 questões) aplicado a 120 jovens (14-23 anos) da classe baixa do Recife (PE), Brasil, dos colégios Liceu Nóbrega e do Presidente Kennedy. A ética cristã juvenil concilia os prazeresda vida, a sexualidade e os novos conhecimentos (evolução) com Deus e sua religião (Igreja), e não há tantas culpas como no passado. | ||
| 520 | |a This article shows how secularization changes the juvenile views of the world concerning “belonging” and “religious crisis” in youths. This research aims at identifying the “characteristics” of juvenile “Christian ethics” and “religious crisis” in the current culture of subjectivity. The methodology followed consists in thematic readings and a mixed questionnaire (25 questions) applied to 120 youths (14-23 years old) from the low income social class of Recife (PE), Brazil, studying at Liceu Nóbrega and Presidente Kennedy schools. Juvenile Christian ethics reunites the pleasures of life, sexuality, and new knowledge (evolution) with God and His religion (the Church), without so much guilt as it used to happen in the past. | ||
