Important issues in current theological aesthetics are clarified and grounded through the concept of covenant. An aesthetic register for the covenant relationship also illuminates the gratuitous nature of God’s covenantal relationship with his people, a relationship in which God delights in us, his covenant partners, bringing us into his beautiful trinitarian life. | ||
