Les approches en écopsychologie et en sciences économiques du bien-être offrent une contribution trop méconnue en ce sens. Cet article propose de mieux saisir la nécessité et la complémentarité des sphères intérieures et extérieures des engagements écologiques autour de la notion du bien-être. En n’ignorant pas la limite et les problèmes que suscite une culture du bien-être, l’objectif de cet essai est de rendre compte de manière critique et positive des avantages que peut susciter une meilleure appréciation du bien-être sur ses deux versants, individuel et social. À terme, cette perspective montre que prendre soin de la biosphère implique de prendre soin de soi non de manière narcissique ou égocentrique, mais de façon consciente et écologique. Et qu’une circularité se dessine entre les deux versants, à savoir que prendre soin de soi s’avère être une autre manière de prendre soin de la planète. | ||
| 520 | |a In order to achieve a sustainable and ecological society, it is necessary to consider the role of well-being. Approaches in ecopsychology and well-being economics emphasizing the visibility of happiness (as understood in the Western sense) offer a contribution that is too often overlooked in this regard. This article aims to provide a better understanding of the necessity and complementarity of the internal and external spheres of ecological commitments around the concept of well-being. Without ignoring the limitations and problems raised by a culture of well-being, the aim of this essay is to provide a critical and positive account of the advantages that can be gained from taking greater account of well-being from both an eco-spiritual and social perspective. Ultimately, this perspective illustrates how caring for the biosphere involves caring for oneself, not in a narcissistic or egocentric way, but in a conscious and ecological way. And that a circularity emerges with the other side: caring for oneself turns out to be another way of caring for the planet. | ||
