The second discusses key aspects of medical liability when using AI in medicine. Der Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz in der Medizin wirft neben medizinischen, ethischen, gesellschaftlichen etc. auch eine Vielzahl von Rechtsfragen aus ganz unterschiedlicher Richtung auf. Der Beitrag greift zwei Bereiche heraus. Zum einen geht es um die Regulierung von KI durch die Verordnung über Künstliche Intelligenz (KI-VO) und das Zusammenspiel mit der Verordnung über Medizinprodukte. Zum anderen werden zentrale Aspekte der Arzthaftung beim Einsatz von KI in der Medizin erörtert. |
