AB In the philosophy of Saint Thomas Aquinas, we can find insights into what is most difficult: divine knowledge of evil. To do so, it is necessary to delve into a sea of distinctions that are almost unknown to contemporary philosophy. For this reason, we will examine whether the divine idea of evil is possible to demonstrate that God has no idea of evil, but that God has a merely speculative knowledge of all evil. Secondly, we will delve into the divine will to determine whether God can, in any way, will evil, whether physical or moral. And we will conclude with an exposition of the idea of Good, which is essential for the metaphysics of creation and for anthropology.
AB En la filosofía de Santo Tomás de Aquino podemos encontrar luces sobre lo que resulta más difícil: el conocimiento divino del mal. Para eso es preciso adentrarse en un mar de distinciones casi desconocidas para la filosofía actual. Por esa razón se examinará si es posible la idea divina del mal para demostrar que en Dios no hay idea alguna de mal, pero que Dios tiene un conocimiento meramente especulativo de todo mal. En segundo lugar, se profundizará en la voluntad divina para averiguar si Dios puede querer de algún modo el mal, ya sea físico o moral. Y se terminará con la exposición de la idea de Bien, que es imprescindible para la metafísica de la creación y para la antropología.
