Com base em documentos como Evangelii Gaudium (2013), Magnum Principium (2017), Traditionis Custodes (2021) e Desiderio Desideravi (2022), examina-se a teologia litúrgica do Papa, marcada pela valorização da participação ativa do povo de Deus, pela integração entre liturgia, evangelização e justiça social, e pela crítica a formalismos estéreis e instrumentalizações ideológicas. A análise inclui ainda as expectativas para o pontificado de Leão XIV, seu sucessor, considerando os desafios contemporâneos na recepção e aprofundamento do legado conciliar. O método adotado é teológico-hermenêutico, com ênfase na recepção dinâmica do Concílio. Conclui-se que a liturgia, entendida como lugar de comunhão e experiência transformadora, seguirá sendo eixo vital da renovação eclesial. | ||
| 520 | |a This article analyzes the liturgical contribution of Pope Francis, highlighting his fidelity to the Second Vatican Council and the irreversibility of the liturgical reform initiated by Sacrosanctum Concilium. Based on documents such as Evangelii Gaudium (2013), Magnum Principium (2017), Traditionis Custodes (2021) and Desiderio Desideravi (2022), Francis' liturgical theology is examined, marked by the appreciation of the active participation of the people of God, by the integration between liturgy, evangelization and social justice, and by the criticism of sterile formalisms and ideological instrumentalizations. The analysis also includes the expectations for the pontificate of Leo XIV, his successor, considering the contemporary challenges in the reception and deepening of the conciliar legacy. The method adopted is theological-hermeneutic, with emphasis on the dynamic reception of the Council. It is concluded that the liturgy, understood as a place of communion and transformative experience, will continue to be a vital axis of ecclesial renewal. | ||
