Disparity of cult marriage between two baptized persons: Canon 1086
When a Catholic desires to marry a person who previously received valid baptism and is presently a member of a non-Christian religion, is it necessary to receive a dispensation from the diriment impediment of disparity of cult as provided in canon 1086, §2?
