AB The article offers a systematic proposal for the orientation and implementation of synodal practices at the ecclesial level, in dialogue with some contemporary social sciences (sociology of cultural processes, cultural educational anthropology, cultural studies). It therefore seeks to justify the thesis that the disposition/availability to learn is an essential condition for the building of synodal Churches.
