Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A supreme moderator of an institute with approximately nine hundred members seeks the advice of a canonist. The membership would like the next ordinary general chapter to be a chapter of the whole. All members of the institute who possess active and passive voice and who are willing to devote time to pre-chapter and chapter meetings will nominate or elect themselves as delegates to the general chapter. This slate of names will then be sent to all members for approval or confirmation. In accordance with canon 631 of the Code, the constitutions of this religious institute provide that the general chapter is composed of four ex officio members (the supreme moderator and four councilors) and elected delegates.
