This singular office, with precedents in the Spanish Liturgy, acquired particular regional expressions in the 9th and 10th centuries, and started to be supressed in the second half of 11th century, as a consequence of the liturgical reformation imposed from Rome. In this article, with the liturgical sources as a ground, it is intended to follow this process of liturgical reformation of the Septuagesima in the churches of Catalonia and the Languedoc in the 10th and 11th centuries. The main aim is to know how this feast was celebrated and which criteria were followed by local liturgists to adapt the old formularies to the new papal regulations. | ||
| 520 | |a En el context de la introducció de la litúrgia romana en les esglésies carolíngies, es va establir, generalment, en la «Dominica in Septuagesima», un ofici en honor de l'Al·leluia, càntic que des d'aquest dia quedava prohibit fins la Vetlla de Pasqua. Aquest ofici singular, que té antecedents en la litúrgia hispana, adquirí expressions regionals particulars en els segles IX-X, i començà a ser en la segona meitat del segle XI, com a conseqüència de la reforma litúrgica imposada des de Roma. En aquest article es cerca fer un seguiment, fonamentat en les fonts litúrgiques, d'aquest procés de reforma litúrgica de la Septuagèssima, en les esglésies del Llenguadoc i de Catalunya, en els segles X-XI. L'objectiu principal és conèixer com se celebrà aquest ofici i quins criteris seguiren els liturgistes locals a l'hora d'adaptar els antics formularis a les noves normatives papals. | ||
