És del tercer quart del segle XIV, i sorprèn per la seva senzillesa malgrat la seva data força avançada. Amb tot, conté la informació necessària per a conèixer els ritus processionals tortosins. Les seves nombroses llacunes han estat reconstruïdes a partir del manuscrit Tortosa 266 que és quelcom més tardà. Els textos propis d'aquest segon manuscrit són posats en un apèndix. | ||
