Les personnes juridiques sont donc des entités juridiques ecclésiastiques dotées de droits et d’obligations. Afin de protéger les droits et les obligations des entités juridiques qui contribuent à protéger et à promouvoir la mission des différentes institutions curiales, le pape François a créé en 2022 ce que l’on appelle les «personnes juridiques instrumentales de la Curie romaine». Cet article propose une réflexion canonique sur ces personnes juridiques, en soulignant leur lien avec la Curie romaine et l’État de la Cité du Vatican, et en suggérant qu’il s’agit d’un modèle juridique qui pourrait être reproduit dans les églises particulières. | ||

To protect the rights and obligations of juridic entities that assist in protecting and promoting the mission of various curial institutions, Pope Francis, in 2022, created 'instrumental juridic persons of the Roman Curia'. This article offers a canonical reflection on these juridic persons, highlighting their connection to the Roman Curia and the Vatican City State and suggesting that it is a juridical model that could be replicated in particular Churches. | ||
