| Riepilogo: | New developments in cosmology suggest that some portion of dark matter may be self-interacting and complex. Given this scenario, it is worth exploring the possibility that an intelligent consciousness could have emerged in the dark sector of the cosmos. A similar claim is made by the new religious movements known as the Order of Nine Angles (ONA) and also by the Temple of Set. Since the everyday world of baryonic matter sits within a halo of dark matter, the new term polyenscototheism is suggested as a way of talking about our visible world being encompassed by a dark sector intelligence. Furthermore, the article proposes, in contrast to the ONA, that any potential life residing within dark matter would need to be communicated with via gravitational waves. |
