Deux raisons principales ont été identifiées : pallier l’absence de réponse à la demande de justice présentée par le fidèle, contourner, ensuite, la justice canonique soit pour dénoncer une atteinte à des droits ou libertés fondamentaux, soit pour provoquer un affrontement entre deux ordres de justice. | ||
