So, after shortly studying how this schema is dealt by some contemporaries of Augustine, we analyse how this latter can be understood as a spiritual structure of the De ordine and the De quantitate animae. Finally, we conclude that a porphyrian influence must be probable. | ||

Si, dans les oeuvres de la maturité, on s’accorde sur une origine biblique de ce dernier, le cas est différent concernant les premiers ouvrages, où s’opposent ceux qui soutiennent une origine varronienne et ceux qui soutiennent une origine néo-platonicienne. Après un bref aperçu sur le traitement de ce schème par les contemporains d’Augustin, l’article montre comment ce schème doit être compris en termes de structure spirituelle dans le De ordine et le De quantitate animae et conclut à une probable influence porphyrienne. | ||
