| Summary: | Sociocultural changes are no longer classified as an epoch of changes but as the changes of an epoch. This change presents itself as an opportunity and as a challenge. Pope Francisco knows how to position himself so that the mission of the Church – evangelization – will effectively be good tidings: to go down the mountain, to put on the fisherman’s sandals, to dialogue with the diversity and with multiculturalism. In this scenario and basing himself on the Charity that will lead the new evangelization, the Author suggests new strategies for the ecclesial paradiplomacy. Classificam-se hoje em dia as mudanças socioculturais não como época de mudanças, mas como mudança de época. Esta mudança se apresenta como chance e desafio. O Papa Francisco tem noção de como se situar, a fim de que missão da Igreja, que é a de evangelizar, seja efetivamente uma Boa-Nova: descer a montanha, calçar as sandálias do pescador, dialogar com a diversidade e com o multiculturalismo. Neste cenário, e fundamentado na caridade, que presidirá a nova evangelização, o Autor sugere novas estratégias para a paradiplomacia eclesial. |
