Molte approvate per legge, parecchie in corso di negoziato. Mette in luce l’effetto di valorizzazione del loro ruolo civile che il regime di pari dignità ha apportato. Si concentra in particolare sulla ‘intesa ebraica’ del 1987 che ha del tutto accantonato il regime pubblicistico che reggeva le comunità ebraiche dal 1930, inaugurando una stagione di libertà, basata sulla autonomia statutaria, e di fioritura di attività culturali all’interno e proiettate verso la società. La sfida attuale della lotta al razzismo e all’odio (‘hate speech’) sopratutto on line rappresenta una novità che prescinde dal regime costituzionale del 1987 ormai consolidato nelle sue due componenti di intesa bilaterale e statuto interno. | ||
| 520 | |a This article reviews the basic principles and the evolution of the conclusion and application of the various agreements (‘intese’) with non-catholic religions in compliance with article 8 of the Italian Constitution since 1984. Many ratified into law by the Italian Parliament, several still under negotiation. The article stresses the effect that the new status has brought about, to upgrade their civil role in society based on their equal dignity. The article next focus on the agreement with the Jewish communities of 1987 which has replaced their public status under the previous 1930 regime, thus inaugurating a season of liberty, based on internal autonomy, and promoting the flourishing of cultural activities within the communities and towards the outside. The present concern is rather that of fighting antisemitism and hate speech, especially on line, issues that go beyond the regime of 1987, by now consolidated in its two pillars the bilateral agreement and the internal autonomy. | ||
