Dopo uno sguardo rivolto ai profili canonistici della questione, si presenta la configurazione del ramo a partire dalle prime indicazioni operative offerte dalla Conferenza episcopale italiana in tema di enti ecclesiastici e riforma. del Terzo settore. Ci si interroga sulle modalità di costituzione del ramo di Terzo settore o di Impresa sociale, soffermandosi in particolare sul regolamento che lo disciplina, sulla natura e identificazione del patrimonio destinato, sui poteri di gestione e rappresentanza relativi al ramo e sulle altre principali indicazioni da assumere nel regolamento. L'intento dell'articolo è quello di offrire agli amministratori dell'ente ecclesiastico gli elementi necessari per meglio discernere in ordine alla costituzione o meno del ramo. | ||
| 520 | |a The purpose of this article is to present, within the framework of the corpus of Third Sector reform legislation, the branch that the civilly recognised ecclesiastical body may constitute under the Italian civil law for the management of the activities of general interest covered by the Third Sector Code. After a look at the canonical profiles of the issue, the configuration of the branch is presented starting from. the first operational indications offered by the Italian Bishops' Conference on the subject of ecclesiastical entities and the reform of the Third Sector. The question arises as to how to set up the branch of the Third Sector or Social Enterprise, dwelling in particular on the _ regulations governing it, the nature and identification of the.earmarked assets, the powers of management and representation relating to the branch, and the other main indications to be taken from the regulations. The intention of the article 1s to provide the administrators of the ecclesiastical entity with the necessary elements to better discern.whether or not to set up the branch. | ||
