Description
Summary:The climate crisis has revealed the destructive and colonizing illusions of anthropocentrism and exceptionalism embedded in Western theologies and philosophies. This article, an imaginative foray into the life and cosmology of bees, aims to shift the tendency from the hierarchical privileging of human beings in terms of care and justice to acknowledging the inherent singularities and precarity of other species. In decolonizing pastoral theology, spaces are created to radically reimagine our cherished theological concepts that shape our way of dwelling with other species on this one home we call Earth.
